GENERAL INFORMATION:
When you place an order on-line you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing you order, and you can check the progress of that order by login in to a customer only area of the on-line store.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, and Solo card. These payments are processed for us by Protx using a high security encrypted 128bit SSL connection. Please be assured that no-one here at ICEISUS will get to see your credit card details, and our on-line ordering system does not store your card information either.

You can also use your PayPal account (providing you have a fully verified UK address) to pay for your order. We also offer the opportunity to use our 'cheque with order' payment option. Simply select this option at the checkout and you will be presented with a completed order/invoice that you simply print off and post to us along with your cheque for the full amount.

DISPATCH INFORMATION:
We always aim to dispatch stocked items on the same day if ordered before 1pm when paid for online i.e. credit / debit card. Please be aware that all items paid for using our 'cheque with order' service will be dispatched once the payment has been cleared through our bank, so please only use this option if delivery is not urgent.
